KVKK Information Notice

Effective date: 8 July 2026

This Information Notice contains the information provided by the data controller regarding the processing of the personal data of people who visit the yasinyavuz.com.tr website and contact us, within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

1. Data Controller

Under the KVKK your personal data is processed by Yasin Yavuz in the capacity of data controller, within the scope described below. For any question or request you can reach us at info@yasinyavuz.com.tr and via yasinyavuz.com.tr.

2. Personal Data Processed

Within the scope of the contact established with you through our website, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

Identity data: first name and surname.
Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number.
Request data: the subject and message content you send via the contact form or by e-mail.
Transaction security data: technical data such as IP address, browser information and cookie records.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Ensuring the security, operation and performance of the website,
Fulfilling obligations arising from the applicable legislation.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the legal grounds of your explicit consent, direct relevance to the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with the data controller’s legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that they do not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

As a rule your personal data is not shared with third parties. Only where necessary to achieve the purposes stated above may it be shared with the suppliers from which we obtain hosting, e-mail and infrastructure services and with legally authorised public institutions and organisations, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on the website, e-mail and cookies.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and taking into account the limitation periods laid down in the applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights in respect of yourself, by applying to the data controller:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information about it if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred,
To request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
To request erasure or destruction within the conditions laid down in the KVKK,
To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
To object to an outcome to your detriment arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
To claim compensation if you suffer loss as a result of unlawful processing.

9. Method of Application

You can send requests concerning the rights above to info@yasinyavuz.com.tr. Depending on their nature, your requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest; if the process entails an additional cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be applied.
